MAKE A DIFFERENCE
The purpose of the Outreach Team is to reinforce the vision of Dudley Shoals to build followers of Jesus who are sent to reach others. We seek to grow a missions heart in the church family and to create missions awareness by providing relevant education and experiences.
On the international level, the Mission committee supports and nurtures our long-term missionaries, who serve in various capacities— such as church planting, and ministry to orphans and street children. For those in our church family interested in first-hand missions experience, we offer short-term mission trip opportunities.
We also want to develop an increased awareness of and passion for local outreach opportunities. We do this not only by sharing the Good News of the Gospel, but also by meeting practical needs of the homeless, the hungry, and the least resourced in our community.

The focus of the Mission Development committee is to grow a missions heart in the church family, support and nurture our long-term missionaries, provide short‐term mission trips and projects, and raise up new missionaries.
Local Outreach
Jesus called His disciples to be witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8). While we are actively involved in spreading the Gospel to the most remote corners of the world, Also, we are reaching to our Judea – New York, NY, through partners, we also remain committed to reaching our Jerusalem–the counties in WNC. Through our partnership with local ministries we become the hands and feet of Jesus Christ to our community.
